My name is Neil Dowling. I'm a filmmaker from Dublin, Ireland and co-founder of Contented with German photographer, cinematographer and director Nils Clauss.

Contented is an international production company that specialises in striking promos that put people rather than product at the heart of our storytelling.

We have worked on lots of exciting projects around the world. From South Korea where we started, and other parts of East Asia, to India, the Middle East, Europe and North America.

Alongside our work with Contented I also work on individual projects from my base in Berlin, Germany. In recent years I have worked as a Director with BBC Storyworks, a division of BBC Global News, making short documentaries on a wide range of subjects from Housing to Technology and Green Energy all over Europe.
